Neeta has more than 20 years of experience with Government, International Organizations and Corporate sector. In Madhya Pradesh, she headed the State office of the World Education Inc. (WEd) and implemented a project – “Women Empowerment through Literacy and Livelihood Development (WELLD).  She worked in Uttarakhand, as a Wed consultant to work with the Canadian Agency for International Cooperation (CECI) for the project, “Integrated Education and Literacy Project (IELP)”, “Health Education and Literacy Project (Help)” and “School Package”.  She worked as UNDP consultant with the Ministry of Rural Development, for Training and Social Audit, MGNREGA. She worked at IL&FS as Consultant to design and implement projects on the training of elected representatives in Jharkhand and officials and elected representatives under the MGNREGS, Bihar. As State Advisor in the office of the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, she was instrumental in designing innovative models for the implementation and improvement of Skill Development in the State.  With IPE Global, she has worked as M&E Specialist for the project “Uttar Pradesh Pro-Poor Tourism Development”, under the Infrastructure for Climate Resilient Growth (ICRG), a consortium of project of PwC and IPE Global, she was the National Expert Monitoring & Evaluation, to facilitate and guide the states for improved data management and generate reports. With the IPEGLOBAL-CKD -IITB, as Research Associate she designed Formative Research & Self-Monitoring Tools, for nutrition care for lactating/ pregnant women & adolescent girls in Chhattisgarh. Currently, she is working as Research Associate, with IPE-CKD, for researching and creating content for Digital Designing.  Besides, the above assignments she has documented the Rock Art of Alwar district for the Indian National Trust for Art Heritage and Culture (INTACH). Also to her credit are several research papers published/ presented on issues of development and Indology.
