She has a master’s in Women’s Studies and has worked across impact consulting firms and NGOs through program management, research, documentation, and communications. At CKD, she is involved in a UNICEF-supported project to boost demand for routine immunisation across 6 districts of Uttar Pradesh.

He had worked with MoHFW, state governments, UN (UNDP, WHO), International NGOs, etc. His skill set includes health policy, health system strengthening, digital health, new programme development, program management, budgeting & monitoring, and evaluation, in large scale programs such as Universal Immunisation Program, NP NCD, eSanjeevani, NACO, National Tertiary Care Program etc. across national and subnational level.
