Padma is an expert in strategic planning, risk management, collaborative problem solving and value creation. He has designed and led several multi-faceted programmes in the past. Before joining IPE Global, Padma was the Head of Partnerships in the UK Government’s Department of International Development for 17 years.
Seema is a public health professional with more than 25 years of experience working with women, children and adolescents bringing about social transformation in their lives and leveraging government programmes. She has an exceptional ability to congregate people from different walks of life. Her alternative career could have been a curator-foodie-travel guide!
Sukriti has shaped a decade-long career across various thematic areas and verticals of social development. She brings her experience of systems strengthening, evidence-based policy support and community engagement to her current role with CKD. Dr Kanchan with 20+ years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation with a passion for improving program effectiveness and impact in the field of Maternal, Newborn, Family planning, Nutrition, and Adolescent health. Armed with a PhD in Anthropology and a master’s degree in Population Sciences. Alternatively, she enjoys practicing Yoga & meditation.
Damini Mehta is Associate Manager at CKD, where she supports organisational strategy and partnerships to scale impact. A UGC NET qualifier with over 5 years’ experience, she has worked with leaders across party lines, including Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi. She has led research at Mindshare Foundation, CVoter, and Polstrat, authored 80+ articles, and writes on governance and democratic participation.
Shivani Sharma, Senior Analyst, is public health professional with field experience in health systems strengthening, social research, and program evaluation, holds degrees in Prosthetics and Orthotics and Public Health. She has worked on national projects with UNICEF, USAID, and The Task Force for Global Health. Skilled in qualitative research and stakeholder engagement, she enjoys cooking and quality time with loved ones.
Ananya is a Sociologist and academic writer with 3+ years of professional experience. She has previously worked at IIT Delhi, ICRW, and IIM Nagpur on projects spanning across themes of gender, education, and reproductive health. She approaches her work and life from a standpoint of empathy and social justice. If not at work, you will find her at the nearest movie theatre or art gallery.
Jalpa, as a public health professional brings more than a decade of experience across various thematic areas with specific focus on digital innovations, sexual and reproductive health rights, infectious diseases, and non-communicable diseases. Her expertise comes from experience of leading large scale implementation programs with systems strengthening, stakeholder management, community engagement, and policy reforms at the national and state level. Besides work she likes to indulge in coffee, pickle ball, tennis, and swimming while guilt tripping on desserts.
Saima Hussain is a feminist development practitioner with more than 2 years of experience in supporting gender-transformative public health programs. She has a master's in Women's Studies and has worked across impact consulting firms and NGOs through program management, research, documentation, and communications. At CKD, she is involved in a UNICEF-supported project to boost demand for routine immunisation across 6 districts of Uttar Pradesh.
With over a decade of experience, Paritosh specializes in program management, capacity building, proposal development, and quality improvement. He has implemented public health approaches across RMNCH+A programs and holds credentials from IIM Calcutta, IIHMR Delhi, and IIPS Mumbai. He has strong experience working with the government. Paritosh is marathoner, a part-time stand-up comedian, and gardener.
Anujesh has more than 22 years of experience in the development sector and has worked in various international and national level organizations in various capacities. He is an experienced professional handling large-scale programming on reproductive health, adolescent health, urban health and nutrition programs, skilled in leading operations and in providing technical support to state governments.
Upasna Naik is a medical graduate with a master’s in public health and over 15 years of experience in public health. She specializes in adolescent health, SRHR, family planning, and health systems strengthening. Upasna has worked with leading national and international organizations, contributing to policy planning, program implementation, capacity building, and research for improved health outcomes.
Swati Mishra is a public health professional with 13+ years of experience in maternal, child, and adolescent health. She has led initiatives supported by USAID, the Gates Foundation, and The Union. As Project Lead for the Prabhat Nutrition Programme, she drives community nutrition efforts across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Swati holds a Master’s in Public Health and is passionate about evidence-based programming. She enjoys reading and engaging in book discussions.

Dr Harsavardhan Nayak is a medical doctor and senior public health professional with 16+ years of experience in program management, policy development, & implementation within the realm of non-communicable diseases & communicable diseases. He had worked with MoHFW, state governments, UN (UNDP, WHO), International NGOs, etc. His skill set includes health policy, health system strengthening, digital health, new programme development, program management, budgeting & monitoring, and evaluation, in large scale programs such as Universal Immunisation Program, NP NCD, eSanjeevani, NACO, National Tertiary Care Program etc. across national and subnational level.
Aishwarya Parattu is a Procurement & Contracts Specialist with 18+ years of experience in fiduciary oversight, public procurement, and donor-funded programme management. She has worked with UNDP, World Bank, USAID, DFID, CIFF, and BMGF, leading procurement, contract management, compliance, and due diligence. With qualifications in Law and Finance, she currently serves as Associate Director – Corporate Risk & Compliance at IPE Global CKD, strengthening governance and compliance systems.
Satish is a communication strategist with 16+ years of experience in SBCC and crisis communications. He has worked with several international and national health organisations including the Ministry of Health and developed campaigns for national programs. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and reading.

Mahendra brings extensive experience managing financial systems, governance of NPOs, and grants from corporates, PSUs, governments, and foreign donors. He handles budget monitoring/reporting, fund management, systems strengthening, partner/team management, FCRA/income tax compliances, internal/external audits, and facilitating procurement of goods/services. In the past, he has successfully implemented donor projects at Plan International (India Chapter), Pragya India, and several other NPOs in Delhi NCR and Uttar Pradesh, spanning education, health, livelihoods, GBV, vocational skilling, nutrition, and Disaster Risk and Reduction.
Navoneela works as an Analyst – Climate Change and Sustainability at IPE Global CKD. Her interest expands over climate adaptation and mitigation, climate finance and urban sustainability. At IPE CKD, she currently is contributing in two projects – ‘Development of Financial Pathways of Low Carbon Targets Implementation’ and ‘Scaling up the Climate Readiness for mainstreaming Low-Carbon Pathways through Scenario-Based Modelling’
Dr. Garima Kotnala brings over a decade of experience in low-carbon transition, climate strategy, GHG accounting, readiness assessments, sectoral decarbonisation, and climate resilience. At IPE Centre for Knowledge and Development, she has been currently managing and expanding our climate mitigation vertical and spearheading the development of our CRI-DSS tool, aimed at enhancing India’s subnational climate preparedness.
