Padma is a management graduate with over 30 years of experience in strategic management consulting. Padma is an expert in strategic planning, risk management, collaborative problem solving and value creation. He has designed and led several multi-faceted programmes in the past. Before joining IPE Global, Padma was the Head of Partnerships in the UK Government’s Department of International Development for 17 years.
